Location: Cambridge, Ontario
Shifts: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: $22.60/Hour
Weekly Commissions: $1400+ based on square footage

The RPM Home Team is a leading and rapidly expanding home service company. We’re currently seeking dedicated Labor Technicians to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing attic insulation (blown cellulose), mold prevention, and remediation services to residential customers.
Responsibilities
As a General Laborer, you will:
- Provide attic insulation services using blown cellulose.
- Load and prepare the truck daily with necessary materials.
- Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Install baffles, load, unload, and transport materials on and around job sites.
- Manually clear debris and ensure the job site remains organized, clutter-free, and safe.
- Perform other general labor duties as required.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License to operate a company vehicle.
- Availability for early shifts and weekend work.
- Demonstrated ability to work hard, reliably, and punctually.
- Strong time management, dedication, self-motivation, and communication skills.
